Second meeting of the Steering Committee of the LIFE project “Land for Life”

On November 27, 2016, in the National Museum of Natural History in Sofia was held the second meeting of the Steering Committee of the LIFE project “Land for Life”. The meeting was attended by the project partners: LAVENDA OOD, OT FERMATA EOOD, ODRISI EOOD, MALBREG EOOD, NATURE PARK SAKAR, KIT OOD, BV AGRO OOD, BIOFIELD OOD, AGROFIELD OOD, ART IST EOOD; and the Bulgarian Society for the Protection of Birds.

At the meeting the technical progress on the project for the period 27.10.2015-29.11.2016 was presented and administrative and financial issues were discussed. The main part of the discussions was related to the restoration and sustainable management of the pastures by livestock.

The third meeting of the Steering Committee is planned for April 2017 in  Svilengrad and the fourth  - for September 2017 in Bourgas.
